Calcium Carbonate
Feed-grade calcium carbonate (limestone flour) is the primary and most cost-effective source of dietary calcium in compound animal feed. Calcium is essential for bone and eggshell development in poultry, skeletal growth in cattle and swine, and normal metabolic functions across all livestock species.
Raviraj Minerals supplies feed limestone in both fine powder and granular forms. The granular grade is preferred in layer poultry diets, where its slower dissolution rate in the digestive system allows calcium to be absorbed more efficiently during the nocturnal eggshell formation period.
