White China Clay Powder (Paint Grade)

White China Clay Powder (Paint Grade), also known as kaolin, is a naturally occurring hydrated aluminium silicate (Al₂Si₂O₅(OH)₄) refined to a high brightness of 92–94%. Processed at our Udaipur facility, it offers a fine, uniform particle size and low oil absorption that make it an ideal functional extender for the paint and coatings industry. In emulsion, distemper, and primer formulations it improves opacity, sheen control, and film build while partially replacing costlier titanium dioxide without sacrificing hiding power. Its platy structure also enhances suspension stability and anti-settling behaviour, giving formulators a cost-effective, chemically inert filler with consistent whiteness batch after batch.
